KIMBERLY BARTON, PRESIDENT
ABOUT OUR OWNER
Kimberly started her company so she could partner with employers to create better places to work, build organizational capacity and help organizations gain a competitive advantage. She believes that employers who treat their employees with dignity and respect will obtain workplace excellence.
Kimberly has a Bachelor of Arts from Emory University and possesses 25+ years of human resources experience as an effective strategic business partner in aligning HR functions with organizational goals and facilitating change management in both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. Over the span of her career, she has held senior human resources positions at Employers Council, NeighborWorks America, Wyndham Hotels, and Holiday Inn Hotels.
Kimberly served four years on the Board of Directors of Intermountain Compensation & Benefits Association, a WorldatWork chapter based in Salt Lake City, Utah. She has been a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) since 2004. She is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and certified HR professional with both a SPHR and a
SHRM-SCP.
